I use the computer a lot, and sometimes I get cramps in the middle of my hand. I was thinking of getting an ergonomic mouse, but one that is not too deformed or strange. I was thinking of getting this one

What is the difference between an optical mouse and a laser mouse? I don’t know which kind to get, an optical mouse appears to be alot cheaper but is there anything wrong with them? Do I need to buy anything in addition to the mouse? I am just using the mousepad on my laptop at the moment.
